The Institute brings together experts in health care service industry from different countries, fostering their knowledge in shape of educational and training services for health care organizations: hospitals, aged homes, governmental organizations, general practices, insurance companies, and other public and private organizations.

The education and training services focus on providing knowledge and tools to meet problems of health care management in the Central end East European region. The Institute aims to establish a program for education and development of health care managers in hospitals, health care organizations, and other institutions who are connected into the health systems and who are meeting demands of changing social and political environment in the Region.

To be able to have enough impact, our goal is to make a network of the best professionals, who can develop knowledge and hold experience to create the necessary change promoting environment. This means cooperation between experts from all regions.
