Together with education and training, the institute is actively involved into research and consulting for implementation of new activities into the health care organizations. To create successful health care organizations, we face projects not only in healthcare management, but we can also assist the management on other areas such as: environmental engineering, project management, supply management, etc. These activities demand interdisciplinary approach.
